Keep fun fitness in your routine!

BODY group fitness classes are on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Studio, 6307 Lohman Ford (we share with ‘Ain’t Ms Behavin’ dance, next to the Academy childcare across from Dawn Dr.)

Gains in health, general fitness, strength, flexibility and speed come with consistency!!!

Core & Cardio Circuit

8:00 - 8:15 am

We will have a circuit set up for you to do additional abdominal, back and cardiovascular exercise of your choice, before we do our TOTAL BODY group training. Your “core” is incorporated in almost every movement of the human body. The greater your core strength is, the more stable, safe, strong and efficient your whole body movement will be. This circuit offers custom and varied exercises which you can modify the intensity.

Body Blast Class

8:15 - 9:15 am

From healthy beginners to advanced exercisers, sculpt all of the major muscles in the body while blasting fat! Each workout includes varied calisthenics, cardio moves coupled with traditional squats, lunges, push-ups and core and total body resistance-training (with hand weights, bands, exercise balls and your own body weight). Modifications vary the level and impact. It is a workout to challenge your current fitness level.

Core & Cardio Circuit

9:15 - 9:30 am

The same circuit as 8:00 am will be set up for you to do additional work if you’d like.

Body Blast Class - low impact

9:30 - 10:30 am

This class will be a comprehensive total body workout. We absolutely believe that regardless of current physical challenges, some workout, is better than no workout! Everyone can participate in this class, at their current fitness level. Safe, low impact and alternative exercises are available for all moves. Each hour-long class includes five criteria of fitness:

  1. Stretching
  2. Muscle strengthening using weights and bands
  3. Cardiovascular workout with or without any bouncing
  4. Core / abdominal work and
  5. FUN!
Balance and flexibility exercises are always included. You will be free to work at your own level and pace!

In EVERY class, we get in 2 of your recommended days of resistance training for all body parts. You don’t even have to think about it, just show up and follow along!!!


“Workout” = 1 day of classes

  • SPECIAL: Workout 2 x per week for 16 consecutive weeks: $150
  • Workout 2 days per week for 5 continuous weeks: $55
  • Class pass: $90 - pre-pay 15 workouts, check off when you come and they won’t expire ** (Most popular option)
  • Pay per workout: $ 7 per session

Everyone is welcome to try one class for FREE. If you just aren’t sure… come give it a try!!

If you have it, bring a mat and/or towel, water bottle, and hand weights. I have extras, just let me know!
